*Are your products you sell on the website authentic?
EVERY item sold by SoleDirector.com are 100% Authentic Original Manufactures supply. We do not sell or promote the selling of "fakes" or "variants."

*What are my payment options?
Currently the only payment option is through PayPal. Which you are able to use any credit card through.

*What is your return Policy?
They only was you are able to return a product if it was a mistake on are part. Such as we sent you the wrong size or shoe.

*Why was my order canceled?
There are a few reasons that your order can be canceled without notice. Below you will find the main reasons to cause us to cancel. If you do not feel you were canceled for any of these reasons, please contact us.

Out Of Stock - Occasionally, a product will over sell due to popularity, inventory malfunction, etc. If we are unable to fill your order, we will cancel and refund your order immediately. You will receive an email stating "Out of stock", via PayPal. You will see this refund immediately.

Unconfirmed Address -The billing and shipping address MUST be the same for us to ship to you.

Duplicate Orders - If we feel that an order was made in error, such as an obvious duplicate order, we will cancel the duplicate order and process the original order. If you were charged more than once, we will refund at the time of cancellation.

*What if my size is not in stock?
If the size you need is not available (or even if you looking for a specific sneaker) you can contact us and we will email you back letting you know if we are able to get the pair.

*What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

*How secure is this this site?
SoleDirector.com uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

*Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

*Do the shoes come with the original box?
Yes all shoes comes with the original boxes. Unless other wise stated in the product listing.

*When should I expect my preorder to arrive?
You can contact us to get an exact date, for the most of the time shoes will ship 1-2 days before original sneaker release date.

*Is there a number I can call about my order?
If you have placed an order, the number is available through the PayPal transaction that you can call. Also if you contact us and leave a message with your number we are able to call you back.
